On January 24th, 2025, Phase 1 of the exciting SUSTAIN2 learning journey have kicked.
The excitement was high on the opening webinar and both trainers and participants were eager to start this adventure together. ITCILO training director Mr. Andreas Klemmer, DEVINVEST Manager Mr. Joel Alcocer and IFAD Lead Advisor Ms. Arundhati Inamdar Willetts delivered welcoming speeches to participants.
The Phase 1 will last two weeks including two modules, giving participants a basic understanding of IFAD’s Environmental, Social, and Climate Standards and the SECAP (Social, Environmental and Climate Assessment Procedures) framework. Following Phase 1, Phase 2 imparts SECAP assessment procedures and processes to participants.
