Phase 4 – Training of Trainers | Turin, Italy | 20–22 April 2026

Forty outstanding participants gathered at ITCILO for the final phase of the programme: the Training of Trainers. Through hands-on learning, facilitation practice, and individual micro-teaching sessions evaluated by an international panel, participants strengthened their ability to transfer knowledge and inspire learning in their own contexts. The programme culminated in a showcase of talent, professionalism, and commitment to becoming future multipliers of impact.
